Shipping, Cancellations & Refunds

Shipping and Charges

realminc.in offers FREE SHIPPING across India on all products. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery by our courier partners will take 3–5 working days, depending on the shipping method chosen. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 5–7 business days.

For deliveries within India:

Order Tracking

  • The order status will be updated in your realminc.in user account.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the airway bill number and the shipping partner’s name.

Returns & Cancellations Policy

Order Cancellation

  1. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, a full refund will be issued.
  2. If you wish to cancel after shipment but before delivery, please contact our Customer Support team.

Product Returns

We offer a No Questions Asked Return Policy for products that are not opened, used, or unpacked.

  • For general products, returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • For apparel, returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

Returned items must be in their original packaging.
The product value (excluding shipping costs) will be credited to your realminc.in account as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Note: Refunds will not be processed to your bank account or credit card. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Repairs

To request a repair, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) by clicking here.
Once your request is processed, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions and your RMA Number. Please do not send your product without an RMA number.

Processing Time

Please allow a few days for us to respond to online requests. Turnaround times vary, and we recommend planning ahead if you need your product by a specific date. Expedited shipping and repair options are available—please contact us for details.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for shipping products back to us.
  • Please use a shipping method with a tracking number—we are not liable for undelivered packages.
  • We cover the return shipping cost for sending the repaired/replacement product back to you.

Product Condition

If a returned product is found to be excessively dirty or has strong odors, it will be returned unrepaired.
